As a performance coach, my role is to work with both athletes and non-athletes to provide tools and structures to help them reach their optimum levels of performance.
My approach is very interactive and it is the individual’s / team’s responsibility to be open and honest with themselves in order to get the most out of the process.
Together we will look at your strengths and weaknesses and set goals to eradicate the negatives and build on positives.
We will use different tools to help us succeed but we will mainly follow my own developed PEAK Performance model ©.
I have managed and coached teams and in this time I have implemented the tools learned and have seen the rewards. Performances have picked up, results have improved and more importantly, the players are enjoying the game even more.
